This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner in loading the Timber from private estate in Kanyakumari District, based on the representation, dated 08.02.2021.

Police protection can be given only to the life and limb of the human and not to any property. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed. No costs.
