ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to pass appropriate orders for the appointment of the petitioner based on the representations of the the petitioner dated 09.04.2019 and 11.04.2019 for the post of Technical Assistant [Electrical].
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent. By Consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner sent representations to the respondent seeking appointment to the post of Technical Assistant based on the interview conducted on 11.02.2019. However, the petitioner has not been provided with any appointment till date. Hence, the present writ petition with the above prayer, is filed. 4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the respondent would consider the representations sent by the petitioner and pass orders on merits. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 09.04.2019 and 11.04.2019 and pass necessary orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.The writ petition is disposed of, on the above terms. No costs.
