This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct the Kabadi competition and to give adequate police protection in District Level Scheduled on 26.05.2018 at 05.00 p.m., to 10.00a.m., and 27.05.2018 at 05.pm., to 10.00am., "Kabadi Kuzhu" at Mariammankovil Thidal, Narasingam Road, Othakadai, Madurai by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that every year, the petitioner conducted Kabadi Tournament. Likewise, in this year also, the petitioner has a proposal to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conduct kabadi Tournament from 26.05.2018 at 05.00 p.m., to 10.00 a.m., and 27.05.2018 at 05.00 p.m., to 10.00 a.m., and for that he gave a representation on 02.01.2018 to the respondents, but, so far, the said representation has not been considered by the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate has submitted that the respondent will consider the petitioner's representations and pass appropriate orders.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same at early. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
