ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to suspend the sentence made in Spl.S.C.No.159 of 2023, on the file of Special Court under the Pocso Act, Dindigul, dated 24.01.2025 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above appeal.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. The Counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.
