[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] The prayer in the Writ Petition is to direct the second respondent to grant 30 days emergency leave without escort to the petitioner's father namely R.Senthoran @ Senthoor Pandian, S/o.Rathinathevar, PID No.1325 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2026 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Pending Writ petition the representation of the petitioner was considered and six days emergency leave was granted to the convict by an order dated 12.02.2026 with escorts.
