ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to pass final orders in the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By Consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3.The grievance of the petitioner is that though the departmental enquiry initiated against him was completed in the year 2014 itself, no final order has been passed by the respondent. In connection with the same, the petitioner sent several representations to the respondents requesting to pass final orders. However, the representations of the petitioner have been kept pending. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the respondents would consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits.

5.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.03.2019 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.The writ petition is disposed of, on the above terms. No costs.
