The petitioners, who are arrayed as an accused for offences punishable under Section 174 Cr.P.C. which was altered into Section 304 (b) IPC seeks to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.206 of 2013 on the file of the District and Sessions (Mahila) Court (Mahalir Neethi Mandram), Madurai.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the first respondent.

3. After arguing for a while, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if the appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with.

4. Hence, the personal appearance of the petitioner before the Court below is dispensed with until and unless the same is required. However, all the issues are left open to be raised before the Court below. Learned District and Sessions (Mahila) Judge (Mahalir Neethi Mandram), Madurai is directed to dispose of S.C.No.206 of 2013 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
