This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner for erecting cell phone tower in Survey No.1826/1 & 1826/3, No.9A, 4th Street, Ahimsapuram, Sellur, Madurai.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has got licence for installing cell phone tower and in pursuance of the said licence the petitioner tried to install cell phone tower in the aforesaid premises, but at that time, some unknown persons objected the same and hence, the petitioner has sent a petition to the respondents on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

13.12.2017, by registered post requesting to provide adequate police protection, but so far, the respondents have not passed any order.

3.The learned Government Advocate has submitted that the said petition is still pending under consideration before the first respondent.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the first respondent is directed to consider the petition submitted by the petitioner, dated 13.12.2017 and pass appropriate order within a week. 5.With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
