ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the sole accused and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b) (ii)9b) of NDPS Act, in Crime No. 93 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has already been detained as Goonda' under Tamil Act 14 of 1982.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Petition is dismissed.
