O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to conduct investigation and file a final report in Crime No.813 of 2010, on the file of the respondent police, within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the enquiry is going on and that the investigation is likely to be over and final report will be filed within two months.

4. Recording the above said statement, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.813 of 2010, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
