The writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to expedite the Patta Transfer Appeal No.Na.Ka.No.4233/2016/A4 within a stipulated time.

2. According to the petitioner, against the order passed by the Tahsildar, he has filed an appeal before the second respondent in the year 2016. Thereafter, the second respondent also called for an enquiry on 16.03.2017, thereafter, no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the appeal is still pending and the second respondent will dispose of the same expeditiously. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the above submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's appeal and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent herein.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
