ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the respondents to provide police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the representation that was made by the petitioner, enquiry is going to be taken by the second respondent in CSR.No.108 of 2023.

3. In view of the above, let the second respondent issue summons to the petitioner and the private respondents and conduct an enquiry to ascertain the ground fact as to whether any life threat was made to the petitioner by the private respondents. Depending upon the outcome of the above said enquiry, further orders may be passed by the second respondent. The above said process may be completed within a period of 15 days from the date of appearance of the parties. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
