ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation.
2.The petitioners would allege that the fourth respondent is close to the family of the accused.
3.Thiru.N.Deiveega Pandian, the Inspector of Police, Melur Circle, Madurai District, is present in person and he states that investigation is being conducted in an impartial manner. While the occurrence is true, there is an element of false implication, according to him. Be that as it may, he states that so far two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4005 of 2020 persons have been arrested and that investigation is proceeding on the right line. They will be in a position to file a final report itself within a period of two months.
4.Taking note of the apprehension expressed by the petitioner's counsel, even while directing the third respondent to file the final report within a period of two months, I would further direct the second respondent to vet the final report before the same is filed and issue appropriate directions, if needed, by taking note of the apprehension of the petitioner.
5.This criminal original petition is disposed of on these terms.
