This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the respondents to file a final report in Crime No.123 of 2013 and proceed with the same as per law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.
