COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed for quashing the impugned proceedings in C.C.No.279 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel on either side that that case has since been transferred to Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul. But the case number remains the same. 3.Sahana / the second respondent is present in person before this Court. Her father Mr.S.Shanmuga Sundaram also present before this Court.

4.The parties on either side agreed that they have amicably resolved the issue. There is no need to keep the prosecution alive.

5.Recording the said compromise arrived at between the parties, the proceedings in C.C.No.279 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Dindigul stands quashed and these Criminal Original Petitions stand allowed.
