This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside impugned summons issued in SC.No.67 of 2017 by the Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi dated 15.12.2020.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
