ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order made in I.A.No.512 of 2019 in O.S.No.108 of 2015 dated 04.02.2020 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Paramakudi.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.108 of 2015 for permanent injunction suit. The petitioner filed an application for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner under Order 26 Rule 9 of CPC and the same was dismissed. Challenging the same, the present revision petition is filed.

3.When this petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit itself was dismissed for default and nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 2/4

4.Recording the above said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out their remedy in the manner known to law before the appropriate forum.
