O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiring a civil dispute.

2.According to the petitioner, there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent. While so, the third respondent lodged a complaint before the second respondent and taking advantage of the same, the second respondent used to harass the petitioner. Therefore, he sent a representation dated 06.02.2025 to the respondent police but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already there is a civil dispute pending between the parties and both the parties lodged complaints against each other, for which, CSRs have been issued. After conducting enquiry, both the complaints were closed. He would further submit that the respondent
