This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent police to change the investigating officer to conduct the investigation in a fair and impartial manner into the Crime No.7 of 2015 and to file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that after due investigation, the respondent police referred the matter as 'Mistake of Fact'.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
