2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.4 of 2011, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120 (B), 420, 465, 4658, 471, 474 of IPC on 12.02.2011. The grievance of the petitioner is that now the respondent has not taken any steps to file the charge sheet and prosecute the case.

3.On earlier hearing, a report was called for from the jurisdictional Court namely learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy, as to whether any final report has been filed by the respondent police in this matter, if it so, as to why it was not taken cognizance so far. 4.A report has been received from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy, stating that the entire records in Crime No.4 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police, has been received from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy, as per the order of the Principal District Judge. But, so far no final report has been filed by the respondent police. 5.Now the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation has been completed, final report is also made and it will be presented before the jurisdictional Court, within a period of one 2/4

month after completing the official formalities. 6.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.4 of 2011, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing final report before the concerned court, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry. 7.This criminal original petition is disposed of, accordingly. 15.03.2023 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No TM To 1.The Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy.
