For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory bail in O.R.No.1 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 9, 51

(1) of Wild Life Protection Act, 2002, in O.R.No.1 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner through A1 arranged for procuring 250kgs of sea-cucumber, which is an endanger species. The respondent police has recovered 200kgs of sea-cucumber from the first accused on 22.01.2020. Investigation indicate that the first accused has collected sea-cucumber on behalf of the petitioner herein, who is involved in illicit transport of sea-cucumber.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the petitioner is an habitual transporter of sea-cucumber illegally from out of India and also there are three previous cases similar in nature against the petitioner.

CRL OP(MD). No.4002 of 2020 4.Taking note of the illegal involvment by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
