ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No. 222 of 2013, Dt. 24.11.2013 on the file of the second respondent and to quash the same against the petitioners as illegal.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No .222 of 2013 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai on 22.01.2015. However it was returned for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4904 of 2022 certain defects. Again it was represented on 10.12.2020 and it is pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai for taking cognizance.

3. In view of the same, the petition stands dismissed. However the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai is directed to take cognizance on the final report filed by the respondent police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
