Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to approve petitioner's appointment as Sweeper in fourth respondent school from the date of joining on 01.07.2017 and to pay all the service and monetary benefits by sanctioning grant within stipulated time based on the proposal submitted by the fourth respondent on 22.11.2017.

ORDER

The petitioner was appointed as a Sweeper on 01.07.2017 in the fourth respondent school. A proposal was submitted in this regard by the fourth respondent on 22.11.2017.

appointment was made in respect of a sanctioned vacancy. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to approve the petitioner's appointment as Sweeper in the fourth respondent school with effect from 01.07.2017 forthwith and also disburse the consequential monetary and other benefits.

3.The writ petition is allowed. No costs.
