ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first and second respondent not to interfere in the prevailing civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondent would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, an enquiry was conducted and the petitioner has given a statement that he is ready to repay the amount due to the third respondent. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the said statement was taken by force. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that since the dispute is civil in nature, instructions were given to close the matter.

4.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
