ORDER

The petitioner has purchased the petition mentioned property vide registered sale deed dated 07.10.2013. In fact patta was also issued in his favour. But then, the petitioner is facing interference with his possession and enjoyment at the instance of the fourth respondent association. Therefore, the petitioner filed this writ petition.

2.I am of the view that the issues raised in the writ petition will have to be resolved only in a duly instituted civil suit. Therefore, I do not want to go into the merits of the matter. The status quo that obtains as on date will be maintained for a period of four more weeks. It is for the petitioner to move the jurisdictional Civil Court and obtain the relief to protect his rights.

3.With this observation and liberty, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
