ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to forbear the second respondent from interfering in civil dispute, which is relating to the business transaction of the petitioner in his fish business under the name and style of Nayahara Sea Foods situated at Idinthakarai Village, Tirunelveli District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The petitioner complaints that on a commercial transaction, the third respondent invested money. But strangely, the third respondent has preferred a complaint to the second respondent police and the second respondent is now harassing the petitioner, based on the said complaint.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that there is neither any interference, nor any harassment at the hands of the second respondent.

5. The said statement is recorded. In such circumstances, if at tall the second respondent police requires the presence of the petitioner for preliminary enquiry / interrogation, he shall issue summons mentioning specific date and time for enquiry and during enquiry, there shall not be harassment. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
