No.9922/A3/2024 dated 09.01.2025 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the

respondents to cancel the Document Nos.147/1996, 148/1996 and 149/1996 dated 24.01.1996 registered at 3rd respondent office in New Sy. No.99/2 at Nagercoil Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk which is classified as waterbody as per the 'A' Register of Nagercoil Village vide the petitioner`s representation dated 17.12.2024.
