2.The petitioner seeks sub-divisioning and issuance of patta. The petitioner has given representation in this regard before the second respondent. 3.The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's case and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
