CRIME NO.12/2020 ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl OP(MD)No.11308/2020 dated 22/12/2020.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.11308 of 2020 dated 22.12.2020.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail by this Court on 22.12.2020 with a condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30am., and 1.30 pm., until further orders. He would also submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has been taken cognizance in C.C.No. 02 of 2021 on the file of the Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Pudukottai, hence he seeks relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that A1 is none other the step son of the petitioner who is now in prison and A4 and A5 were absconding. He would also submit that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.2068 of 2021 petitioner is a resident of Madurai and if she allowed to stay in Madurai she will again start her business again ,hence he opposed to relax the condition.
4. In view of the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.11308 of 2020 dated 22.12.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 12.00 noon until further orders.
