O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent nos. Nos.3 to 5 herein not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that some criminal cases have been filed against the petitioner's husband and in some of the cases he was convicted and in some of the cases he was acquitted. He further submitted that no case is pending against the petitioner or any other members of her family and that being so, the respondent nos. 3 to 5 are frequently calling upon the petitioner and threatening that a false https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

case will be filed against the petitioner and her family members.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has submitted that the petitioner's son has involved in Crime No.400 of 2017 at Andipatti Police Station and the Police has registered another case in Crime No. 502 of 2017 and in both the cases, the petitioner's son was arrested and gold jewels were recovered and only thereafter, the petitioner has sent a representation by putting antedate. He further submitted that neither the petitioner nor her family members were harassed.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent nos. 3 to 5 are directed not to harass the petitioner or her family members. Further, if their presence is absolutely necessary for any case, then, it is always open to the respondent nos. 3 to 5 to issue summons and proceed in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
