ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the official respondent is not harassing the petitioner, as alleged. He would further submit that based on the complaint, enquiry was conducted and a case has been registered in Crime No.345 of 2018, against the petitioner and others, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 406, 420, 506(i) & 34 IPC, before the Virudhunagar West Police Station.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
