The petitioners seek a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners.
2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
3.Learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner's son is an accused in a case registered for offence under Section 307 IPC and the respondents have only caused enquiry to know the whereabouts of the petitioner's son. That apart, there is no harassment.
