O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.4165 of 2017 dated 08.08.2017.

2.The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.4165 of 2017 on 08.08.2017 directing the petitioners to appear and sign before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have surrendered before the court below on 23.08.2017 and complied with the condition from 24.08.2017 to till date. He also submitted that 1st petitioner is aged about 71 years and the 2nd petitioner is housewife having school going children at Tirupur.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit, the 1st petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required and the 2nd petitioner is directed appear before the respondent Police every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
