The present petition is filed seeking to initiate action against the second respondent for committing contempt of Court. This Court in its order dated 07.01.2021 in Crl.OP(MD)No.131 of 2021 directed the Inspector of Police, Melavalavu Police Station to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 22.12.2020, which was registered in CSR.No.4 of 2021 based on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P(MD)No.392 of 2021 receipt of a copy of the order / uploading of the order.

2. Mr.S.Chandra Sekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would contend that CSR.No.4 of 2021 is now referred to the Revenue Divisional Officer in LIR.No.01/2021 under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Contempt Petition is closed.
