This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to give permission and protection for conducting Kabadi Tournament on 20.01.2018 at Ambedkar ground, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader has submitted that there is no such Ambedkar ground at Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District. He further submitted that the Ambedkar ground is situated only at Kottaiyadi, Tirunelveli District and hence he requests this Court to direct the petitioner to give a fresh petition mentioning correct place.

3.Considering the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation today itself and if any such petition is given, the respondent has to consider and pass appropriate orders on or before 19.01.2018.
