This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.767 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD) No.767 of 2024, dated 21.02.2024, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court once in 15 days at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 01.03.2024.
