ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the notice issued by the first respondent directing the petitioner to give objections regarding the no confidence motion passed by the second respondent.

2.I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record carefully.

notice is only a show cause notice directing the petitioner to submit his explanation for an alleged no confidence motion passed against the petitioner. In stead of submitting his objections, the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition and the same is not maintainable. If the petitioner has valid objections, it is always open to file his objections before the first respondent and if any such objections are filed, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
