2016 to appear before the Special court for Exclusive trial of Cases Under SC/ST (POA), Sivagangai instead of appear before the respondet police Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.KARTHICK SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.15142 of 2016, dated 19.08.2016 to appear before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/St (POA), Sivagangai instead of appear before the respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the Inspector of Police, Kalaiyarkoil Police Station, daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

4. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

5. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
