The Criminal Revision is directed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.59 of 2025, dated 05.02.2025 on the file of the learned Judicial 1/4
Magistrate No.IV, Madurai, dismissing the petition filed under Section 451 of Cr.P.C.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the Deputy Commissioner, Madurai City has already passed an order, dated 22.02.2025 confiscating the vehicle involved in the case and the petitioner has already received the copy of the order.
3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
4.Permission is granted. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the confiscation order, if so advised.
