RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order to transfer the case in M.C No. 19/2004 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No. 1 Usilampatti, Madurai district to the Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal, Dindigul district and pass such further and other orders as this Honourable Court. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.

BANUPRASATH, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This Court by order dated 30.08.2017, directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai.

2.Today, the matter is taken under the caption "for reporting compliance". The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is poor and further submitted that the second petition was filed by mistake without knowing the facts. Further the learned counsel for the petitioner tendered unconditional apology on behalf of party for filing the second petition on the same cause of action, suppressing the dismissal of the earlier petition.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to reduce the cost imposed on the petitioner. The petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) to be paid to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai on or before 03.11.2017.
