This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records from the lower Court in C.C.No.64 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli District and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that after conducting the trial in C.C.No.64 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli, the case was ended in acquittal on 25.02.2016.
