WP(MD) 24347 of 2018 This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.11.2018 demanding to pass a resettlement and rehabilitation award against the declaration of acquisition of the petitioner's property in Survey No.786/1B at Neelavittan Village, Thoothukudi District to an extent of 12 Cents for the purpose of Children's Park.

ORDER

The respondent has passed an order dated 20.07.2020 rejecting the petitioner's request for payment of compensation.
