Prayer in WP(MD)No.21884 of 2019 Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to provide the petitioner a suitable alternative permanent employment with pay protection, continuity of service, back wages and all other attendant benefits in accordance with Section 47(1) of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 and pay the petitioner's arrears of salary from 03.04.2019 to till the date of providing permanent alternative employment.

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/respondent herein for his acts of Contempt of Court for the willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court inW.P. (MD) No.21884 of 2019 dated 17.10.2019.

2. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order has been complied with. Copy of the letter dated 14.02.2020 in Admin/A4/12041/2019 also been submitted before this Court.
