ORDER

The petitioner levelling certain allegations as against the Block Development Officer and the Union Chairman has submitted a representation to the 4th respondent on 24.01.2022 and filed this writ petition for a direction to the 1st respondent to take appropriate action based on her representation.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submits that based on the directions of the 1st respondent, the 4th respondent has conducted enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2022 and found that the allegations made in the representation of the petitioner are to be false and recommended to close the complaint.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader this writ petition is closed. The respondents shall communicate the copy of the order to the petitioner, if already not communicated.
