to permit the petitioner herein to form fish pond in the patta land of petitioner in S.No.1333/3, Thenkarai Bit-I, Periyakulam, Theni District without interference from revenue officials and respondents 7 to 9 herein, as per guidelines issued by the Government in the formation of private fish pond as one of the allied agricultural activities before ensuing rainy season.

The writ petitioner wants to form a fish pond in the petition mentioned patta land. He has given an application dated 25.01.2019 in this regard.
