PRAYER IN CRL MP(MD)No. 4159 of 2022 in CRL OP(MD)2229 of 2022 : To modify the condition which imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of 30 days vide order dated 07.02.2022 made in Crl O.P (MD) No. 2229 of 2022.
Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 4160/ 2022 in CRL OP(MD)1496 of 2022 : To modify the condition, which imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of 30 days vide order dated 07.02.2022 made in Crl O.P (MD) No. 1496 of 2022.

CRL MP(MD) No.4158 of 2022 These petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.2226, 2229 & 1496 of 2022, dated 07.02.2022, wherein the petitioners were directed to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am, for a period of one month and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation . 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are having life threat. Hence, they seek modification of the condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.
4. Considering the above, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Ramanathapuram Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 am, for the remaining period. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
5.These petitions are ordered accordingly.
