RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT IN BOTH THE CASES Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition, which imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of 30 days vide order dated 07.02.2022 made in Crl O.P (MD) No. 1838 of 2022.

To modify the condition, which imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of 30 days vide order dated 07.02.2022 made in Crl O.P (MD) No. 1491 of 2022.

Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEYAKARTHIK.M.S, Advocate for the petitioner in both the cases and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the cases, the Court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) Nos.1491 & 1838 of 2022, dated 07.02.2022, wherein the petitioners were directed to appear before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.4153 & 4154 of 2022 the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am, for a period of one month and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation . 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are having life threat. Hence, they seek modification of the condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Ramanathapuram Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 am, for the remaining period. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

5.These petitions are ordered accordingly.
