ORDER

This criminal revision case is filed as against the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Nilakkottai in Cr.M.P.No.194 of 2024 on 24.01.2024 in a petition filed under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C seeking direction for further investigation and the same was allowed. Challenging the same, this Criminal Revision Case is filed.

2. When the matter was called up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in the interregnum, the petitioners and the 2nd respondent have arrived at compromise and have swept away the indifference and the petitioner do not want to proceed this case any further.
