On further condition that they shall make available themselves for interrogation as and when required by the investigation officer" and to appear before the Gangaikondan Police Station Tirunelveli District.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners on 17.02.2025 seeking to modify the condition in Crl.M.P.No.9107 of 2024 dated 21.01.2025 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli.

2. It is stated that the petitioners have been complying with the condition (c) imposed in the pre-arrest bail order dated 21.01.2025 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.9107 of 2024 for the past seven days.

3. Considering the same and as the reasons stated in the petition are satisfactory, this Court is inclined to modify the condition (c) imposed in paragraph no.6 of the pre-arrest bail order dated 21.01.2025 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.9107 of 2024 as 'the petitioners shall appear before Manur Police Station, Tirunelveli District daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders'.

4. To the above extent, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered. The other conditions shall hold good.
