This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case / FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 22.02.2018 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner made a complaint on 22.02.2018 and the petitioner has not co-operated for enquiry.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner undertakes to cooperate for the enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of two weeks before the respondent police.

5. In view of the undertaking given by the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
